DAMAGED AND INACCURATE PRODUCTS OR ISSUES
For us to investigate and rectify the issue, please inspect your order as soon as you get it and let us know right away if it is broken, or damaged, or if you received the wrong item. If you wish to return your merchandise, get in touch with our mail. Depending on where you live, the time it takes for your returned merchandise to reach you may vary.
EXCHANGES
We only replace anything broken, damaged, an erroneous product, or the wrong size. Please get in touch with us by mail at the address mentioned on our store’s website if you need to exchange anything.
RESTOCKING FEE
On returns, there is no restocking fee.
European Union 14-day cooling down period
Notwithstanding the foregoing, if the goods are being sent to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your purchase within 14 days, for any reason and without an explanation as before, your item must be in the same condition as you got it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packing. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
REFUNDS
Once we’ve received and assessed your return, we’ll let you know whether or not the refund was approved. If authorized, the original payment method will be quickly repaid.
