For the time being, we are solely shipping to France.

Our Delivery Period

Our delivery time includes processing (0 to 1 business days) and shipping days.

Delivery of your order will take place between 1 and 2 business days.

Shipment times are decided and begin on the day of shipping, not the day you purchase. It may take longer than intended due to customs clearance, a wrong address, pandemics, or any other complications.

Shipping Costs

Express Shipping is the only option available. Express delivery is at €10.00 across France.

Method of Delivery

We do not dispatch orders on holidays.

We send your product by UPS, USPS, DHL, or FedEx.

If you order a product after the cut-off time (which is 05:00 pm), it will be processed the next day.

Confirmation of Shipment

We will send you a confirmation email once your purchase has been sent. The email will contain a tracking ID, which will be active within 1 day.

Item Misplaced

If you did not obtain the goods within the provided time restriction, please get in touch with the carrier, and if the problem persists, please contact us at contact@sneakeristas10.com.

Wrong Address

You will be charged for paying all shipping costs for reseeding the items if you provide the erroneous address after checkout and it is returned to us. contact@sneakeristas10.com.

Address Change

If you need to amend the place where your product will be delivered, don’t hesitate to get in touch with us at contact@sneakeristas10.com or phone +33 7 57 13 01 68 within 24 hours of completing your order. We are unable to edit the delivery address once it is a route.

Cancellations

If you change your mind after confirming the purchase and wish to cancel an order, don’t hesitate to get in touch with our customer care within 24 hours of completing the transaction. Once the transaction is delivered you may return the order by reading our return policy.

Items Damaged While in Transit

Suppose you realize that your goods have been damaged or broken during delivery. Contact us instantly, take a clear image of the broken or damaged product, and send it to our customer care email at contact@sneakeristas10.com. and demand a free exchange or refund.
